For many years, L’Oréal Paris spokespeople have inspired women and men around the world with their talent, their personalities and their generosity. Jennifer Lopez has all of these qualities. A Golden Globe nominated actress, a Multi- Platinum-selling recording artist, a Film and Television producer, an entrepreneur and a philanthropist, Jennifer Lopez is one of the most accomplished women of her time. The L’Oréal Paris family is very proud to welcome her as the Brand’s new global Ambassador.

Next up for this multifaceted entrepreneur is her premier as a judge on “American Idol”. In 2001, “The Wedding Plannner” was the nation’s top-grossing film, while her album, J.Lo was No.1 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart - these two simultaneous No.1 honors made Lopez the first woman in history to have a No. 1 movie and album in the same week. Lopez also earned a Golden Globe Award nomination and widespread acclaim for her work in the title role of “Selena”. Her production company, Nuyorican, has just signed a television and film deal with 20th Century Fox. Lopez was awarded with the ACE Fashion Icon of the Year award in 2006 for her contribution to accessories and the fashion industry. In 2011 Lopez will release her latest album “Love?”
Her passion for making the world better is highlighted through Lopez’s work with children via The Maribel Foundation, a not-for-profit she started with her sister, Lynda. The Maribel Foundation’s mission is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of women and children and raising the level of medical care available to them.
